Edrugstore.com Review – Expensive ED Site with Good Reviews

An Arizona-based company which started in 1998, eDrugstore.com is one of the few online pharmacies which offer online consultations in conjunction with prescription-filling. As per its claim, it is the “leading” online pharmacy when it comes to safety, convenience, and security of ordering all-FDA accredited products on the web. Based on the pharmacy’s domain name, it is offering mostly ED meds, and medications related to Men’s health. EDrugstore employs only US licensed physicians and sources its meds from US-licensed pharmacies.

As it was stated before, EDrugstore.com only offers medications that are approved by the FDA. The meds also sold here are all brand-name medication; there are no generics available for sale in this pharmacy. EDrug Store only sells products from manufacturers like Pfizer, Bayer, Lilly, and others. Also, aside from selling only FDA-approved meds, EDrugstore.com also has a number of accreditations from BBB, Webtrust, IDology, ATA, GODADDY.com, McAfee, SecurityMetrics, HIPAA, and PCI, and provides the links for all these accreditations for client verification. Every client, while shopping for meds here at EDrugstore.com, is given free Norton Shopping Guarantee along with their every purchase.

For prescription meds, clients are required by EDrugstore.com to submit the proper Rx for the meds they have to order, and they may do so by sending the Rx through fax or email. But, clients may be able to order from EDrugstore.com without any prescription too, because it has its own consultation service. There are online doctors who are able to assess a client’s condition and prescribe meds accordingly; saving the clients’ time and effort that should be allotted to doctors’ visits and appointments. Also, these medical consultations with on-line US-licensed physicians are without any additional cost, as the prices for the consultations are already included in the product prices.

There are only a few drug categories for EDrugstore.com’s products. Aside from selling ED meds, the company also has product for hair loss, weight (particularly belly fat) loss, heartburn relief, skin care, allergies, and lubricants. But EDrugstore is known for its ED medication, namely Viagra, Cialis, Levitra, and Staxyn. Since my prime concern with these meds includes the prices, I went on to check their prices from the store. I was surprised to see such high prices for the famed ED meds; Viagra (Pfizer) costs $75 each, and there is no price difference for the 100 mg and 50 mg variant. Cialis by LillyICOS costs $79 per pill (for both the 10 and 20 mg variant) and Levitra costs $73 for both the 10 and 20 mg variants. These meds’ prices are actually high, but I realized that the site includes the consultation fee in their products so that they could actually earn more even if they make the online consultations free.

Clients may be able to pay for their orders (once approved) by credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. The company also accepts insurance cards such as HSA or FSA, as long as these cards have Visa or MasterCard logos imprinted on them.

EDrugstore.com is able to ship discreetly directly to clients’ homes by its couriers FedEx and USPS and is able to provide urgent shipping services such as 2nd-day delivery, Next-day delivery, Saturday deliveries, and also deliveries to Military Bases. Costs for the shipping services are as follows:

  • USPS 3-5 day mail: $13.95
  • Military (APO/FPO/AA/AE): $13.95
  • 2nd-day delivery (FedEx): $19.95
  • Next-day delivery: $26.95
  • Saturday delivery: $29.95

Unfortunately, I have not seen any discussion on Returns, Refunds, and Reshipments, on EDrugstore.com. I have tried going to the terms and conditions page, but the site says that the page “may no longer exist” on its site. I was about to ask customer support regarding the site policies, but there was no operator to assist me since the service is offline. However, clients may be able to contact EDrugstore.com at 1-800-467-5146, or by leaving a message in the offline chat box. Below is the consultation hours and also the company’s business address:
