Official-Drugstore.com Review – Not So Official Russian Drugstore!

Nothing sounds quite like an unofficial drugstore as a company having to name its website domain ‘official drugstore’. After searching Official-Drugstore.com for a location base, I was unable to find it. A search on WhoIs Lookup shows that the website is based in Russia, so there’s already a fairly high chance that this is a fraudulent company. WhoIs also shows me that this website has existed for almost 3 years.

The main assortment featured on Official-Drugstore.com looks quite extensive; there is a variety of medicines on offer for a range of conditions. Viagra can be purchased for $0.99 a pill, which is roughly an average price for generic types of the product. There are also a variety of other types of ED’s on offer, including Cialis, which can be bought for $1.85 a pill.

Whilst the company claims that its products are FDA approved, the way in which it says it is not so convincing. In the FAQ section of the site, the company claims, “all generic pills are FDA approved” which obviously isn’t true, and is a broad statement to be made by a legitimate company.

Official-Drugstore.com claims to accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and eCheck as methods of payment. There are two shipping methods available from this website, these include both Air Mail and Express Mail. It is claimed that Air Mail will take 10-15 days (10$), whilst Express Mail will take 3-7 (30$). It is also pointed out that brand named drugs are shipped separately from generic brands, which could be evidence of this company not handling the pharmaceuticals they offer.

Discount program is available for regular customers.

Official-Drugstore.com doesn’t feature a Live Chat option, however it does feature a toll number to call. As this number appears to be an international toll number I haven’t actually tried it, so I am unable to comment on whether or not it is legit. There is also a contact form feature, which I would expect to be more reliable than the toll.

International Pharmacy has a page dedicated to their money back policy, which states that should a customer submit a claim within 30 days of receiving their product, a refund will be granted. This of course is relevant to certain qualifying factors.

Official-Drugstore.com Reviews:

International Pharmacies, using domain Official-Drugstore.com, has no reviews or testimonials from previous customers to back up its credibility. In addition to this, I have been unsuccessful in finding any independent reviews. Given that the website has existed and been in operation for at least 3 years, not having even one review is extremely suspicious. Whilst this website might appear authentic and look good on the outside, it would be a big risk to purchase from a 3 year old company that has been unable to garner at least one review in that time.

With the lack of reviews and growing suspicion of fraud at play here, I have conducted a Scam Adviser search to find out more on the background of Official-Drugstore.com. I am immediately shown that this website is based in Russia (which we already knew) but also that there is a high risk of being scammed by this company. Scam Adviser offers this website a 13% safety rating, which is extremely and shamefully low – at this point we can almost guarantee that this website is a fraud, and is definitely not worth risking a purchase on.

The offers advertised on Official-Drugstore.com require a purchase to be made in order to see if they work, as opposed to being able to entering a coupon code. Given what we now know about this website, I think it would be fair to say that offers on the website are purely an attempt at looking genuine / roping unsuspecting customers into handing over money for products that don’t actually exist. It’s always better to pay full price and receive a product, than pay a discounted price to be scammed.
